Amigurumi, what a wonderful phrase!

Hello Lovlies!

The last few weeks have been severely hectic and have not allowed enough time for me to post. I know what you're thinking, man she says that a lot! Well classes have started back in full swing here at HU and everything gets a little bit crazier when that sort of thing happens. You're running from building to building trying not to get run over by traffic while getting to the next class, and believe me that's not always an easy task!

This week I've made a bit of a big decision to become an AVON representative to give me a little extra cash, and let's be honest to support my yarn and pattern addictions! Because we know how much money I spend on those things per year, whew! So with that being said, if you want to order any Avon from me I would greatly appreciate it. You can shop on my online store from anywhere in the world! Click here to shop AVON

So what's been up lately? Knit/ crochet wise, I mean. Well as you know College football season has officially begun! Yay! Wooo pig sooie! So what better way is there to celebrate the occasion than to make an amigurumi figure of your favorite collegiate mascot?!
That's absolutely right, like any good Arkansas girl I supported my Hogs by making a miniature TUSK for game day!

I was having issues finding a pattern for one that I liked well enough though! So I did a little crochet free form! I'll eventually get around to writing the pattern down and blogging it as a free pattern for all my Arkie Fiber Peeps!

On the side table, my current read is "The Museum of Extraordinary Things" By Alice Hoffman. I'm almost done with it, and I will say that it's quite interesting and I like it pretty well, but some of the storyline falls pretty flat. But to each her own, I will not give the story away for you. You'll have to check it out!

Share the craftiness!
